An awareness session on "Menstrual Hygiene and Awareness" was conducted for female students of Classes VI to VIII during the 7th and 8th periods of the school day. The session was led by Dr. Sahin Ali, Ms. Kalpana Nanda, and Ms. Imani Das.
Dr. Sahin Ali explained the biological aspects of menstruation and highlighted essential hygiene practices. Ms. Kalpana Nanda guided students on the proper usage and hygienic disposal of sanitary pads, while Ms. Imani Das encouraged them to address myths and speak openly about health without hesitation.
The program successfully equipped students with accurate knowledge and confidence.
